Current website status
The quote form emails your project details and resized photos to Ted so he can review and respond to your request.
Information in a project request
The form collects your name, preferred contact method, email or phone number, city or ZIP code, project description, and any optional tasks, photos, or referral source you provide. Please avoid sending a full address at this stage.
Why it is used
Project information is used to assess service fit, communicate about your request, and discuss quoting or scheduling. It does not enroll you in marketing.
Website services
The site is hosted on Vercel. A hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver the website. Our server handles your request temporarily and sends it to the business email inbox. A spam check runs before the request is sent. We do not save requests or photos in a separate database or file store. Email service providers process and may retain message content under their policies. Email copies and attachments stay in the business inbox until deleted.
Referral information
The site does not include third-party analytics. It can temporarily remember campaign source, medium, campaign name, and the landing page path in browser session storage and include those fields with a submitted inquiry. Project text, contact details, and photos are not stored in browser session storage.
Retention and questions
Project inquiries are kept while needed to respond and manage the work. You can email Ted to request deletion, subject to any records that must be retained. For questions, email ted.potterworks@gmail.com.
